We use this information to operate, maintain, and improve our freight matching algorithms, verify identities, coordinate trip status tracking, invoice shippers, process billing payments, and provide customer support services.
We share details of loads posted by shippers with registered transporters. When a load assignment is accepted, we share driver and vehicle details with the booking shipper to facilitate pickup verification and tracking.
