Welcome to FreytBuddie. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital freight matching platform, tools, and services.
By registering an account as a Shipper, Transporter, or Driver, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
You must provide accurate and verifiable business credentials (including GST credentials where applicable). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend any account that fails vetting or violates our code of conduct.
Shippers are responsible for posting accurate load weights and cargo details. Transporters are bound to dispatch vehicles that match the criteria stated in their accepted bids. Bids accepted by shippers constitute a binding logistics agreement for that trip.
Drivers agree to keep their trip dashboards active and provide accurate updates (dispatched, loading, custom checks, delivered) and upload a clear Proof of Delivery (POD) image to settle payments.
